Payments are protected using 3D-secure technology where applicable, and refunds will be processed as per Peach Payments' refund policies, which may include a ZAR 3.00 transaction fee for refunds or reversals.

Delivery Terms
Delivery timelines depend on the two-week batch cycle. Customers will be notified via email when orders are ready for pickup at their chosen location. Orders may take up to 15 days to arrive at Lusaka pickup points, depending on the day of purchase relative to the delivery schedule.

If the product is returned due to customer preference (not a defect or error), a ZAR 3.00 transaction fee and any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. Refund timelines may also depend on the policies of Peach Payments and your payment provider.
Return Policy

Return Process

Refund on Returns
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, including the initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
